E3500.25 230V Single Speed Hemp Cutting Mill
The E3500 Mid-Size Benchtop Cutting Mill features a 5 inch diameter sealed cutting chamber with four stationary blades (optional six stationary bladed cutting chamber is available) and a rotating cutting head with four replaceable rotating cutting blades that revolve at high speed to produce a shearing action which minimizes heat build-up (optional cutting chamber temp senors are available).
Samples introduced through the hopper are swept around by the rotor until they are cut to sufficient fineness to pass through sieve. The hard, tool steel cutting edges on the knives allow milling of a wider range of materials, including plastics, animal feed, bones, cables, cardboard, electronic scrap, feed pellets, foils, food, leather, material mixtures, non-ferrous metals, paper, pharmaceutical products, refuse derived fuels, rubber, waste, wood and so much more.
The E3500 is designed with a machine tool type of cartridge spindle, small powerful motor that operates at 1,750 rpm with high torque. The chamber door comes standard with a door safety switch. The machine comes standard with mounting locations for bolting directly to a benchtop or an optional table top stand or floor stand can be purchased.
E3500 is supplied with the following; One stainless steel hopper including cover and wooden plunger, one rotating cutting head with one set of rotating cutting blades, one set of stationary blades, three (3) stainless steel sieves (0.5mm, 1mm & 2mm), one jar adapter, one 16oz collection jar, and cleaning brush.
